DEADLY CONNECTION
First shown at Blackpool Magic Convention 2026, this is a self-working stage mentalism routine themed around the classic detective game Cluedo (Clue in the US).
Combining mystery, audience participation and clever method, the routine creates a theatrical whodunnit experience on stage. More details will be revealed when the effect is released later this year.
By Drew Perry, Matt Clewley and David MintonNOW YOU SEE ME - GLOBAL STUNT
Working alongside Event Engineering, Stellar London and Lionsgate, I helped create a groundbreaking global live magic show performed simultaneously in London, Paris, Berlin and Mexico City. Each audience experienced the magic in real time, connected through a bespoke streaming solution that allowed effects to unfold across all four cities at once. I also served as a magic consultant on the project alongside Alex Jesson.
ConsultationWATERAID IMMERSIVE THEATRE
As part of my role at Event Engineering, I had the privilege of helping build a temporary experiential gallery installation inside Buckingham Palace. The project combined technical engineering with high-end physical build to create an immersive experience within one of the world’s most iconic locations
Event EngineeringPLAYSTATION GIANT PINBALL MACHINE
At Event Engineering, I led the technical development of a giant, fully playable pinball machine. Standing over 6 metres tall and using 6-inch diameter balls, the installation featured dozens of sensors and custom-built systems to bring the oversized game to life. It was an ambitious and technically complex project, and an incredible build to be part of.
Event EngineeringRYLAND PETTY - HARRY POTTER ACT
I worked with Craig and Ryland Petty, alongside Matt Clewley, to develop a series of custom magical effects for their act. The centrepiece was a unique version of the classic Dancing Cane, reimagined as a Nimbus 2000, bringing a playful, magical twist to the iconic illusion.
Consultation and Product CreationMOVING OUIJA BOARD
A custom, one-off Ouija board designed with a secretly performer-controlled planchette. The system allows the performer to operate the planchette while holding hands with two spectators, creating the illusion that the movement is entirely supernatural. I already have ideas for a second version; one day I’ll find the time to build it.
